Paralegal

Taylor Freund

Taylor is a dedicated Paralegal with a background rooted in both criminal justice and client-focused service. Born in Auburn, New York, she spent her early years in the small town of Dundee—just minutes from Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake—before relocating to Grand Island, where she graduated from high school. Taylor went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Hilbert College, setting the stage for a career driven by her long-standing passion for the legal field.

Before entering the legal profession, Taylor worked as a fraud analyst at M&T Bank for three years. While the role sharpened her analytical and investigative skills, her interest in law never waned. That interest became a career when she made the leap into the legal world, beginning as a Workers’ Compensation paralegal at Goldberg Segalla. It was there that Taylor discovered her love for the paralegal profession and the opportunity it provides to support clients and contribute meaningfully to the legal process.

Outside the office, Taylor stays busy with her greatest pride and joy—her four children, ages 9, 8, 5, and 3. Family time is at the heart of her life, whether it’s curling up for a movie night, cheering on the Buffalo Bills (as long as they’re not playing the Chiefs), or enjoying a relaxing Target or Ulta shopping spree. Music, football Sundays, and moments shared with loved ones are what keep her grounded and energized—both at work and at home. Go Bills!
