Chad Hirsch

Chad Hirsch is a personal injury attorney at Cantor, Wolff, Nicastro & Hall, LLC. Chad has extensive experience handling car crash cases, slip and falls, dog bites, and nursing home neglect cases. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and he is licensed to practice law in New York.

Chad is dedicated to representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others, drawing on his significant experience at other prominent personal injury law firms. He is committed to standing up against insurance companies and fighting for the compensation his clients deserve.

A native of Amherst, New York, Chad graduated from Sweet Home High School and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from Canisius College in 2016. Before attending law school, Chad gained valuable experience in the mass tort and medical malpractice departments of a large personal injury firm, where he helped attorneys advocate for their clients against the insurance companies. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School in 2020.

In his free time, Chad enjoys watching the Buffalo Bills, golfing, and skiing. He is also an active member of Western New York’s running community and serves as the Course Operations Director for the Buffalo Marathon.
