Emilie Manhardt

Emilie was born in Buffalo and raised in Amherst, where she developed strong ties to the Western New York community. A graduate of Amherst High School, she went on to earn her degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute. Before joining the legal field, Emilie gained valuable experience in restaurant management, where she honed her skills in organization, multitasking, and customer service—qualities that now serve her well in her role as a Case Manager.

At Cantor, Wolff, Nicastro & Hall, Emilie brings her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a warm, approachable personality to every case she handles. She is committed to making clients feel supported and understood throughout the legal process, and she takes pride in helping people navigate difficult situations with care and confidence.

Outside of work, Emilie enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible, whether it’s going for walks, exploring nature, or just soaking in the fresh air. She also loves baking, especially when she gets to share her creations with friends and family. Most of all, Emilie cherishes time with her daughter, Amelia, finding joy in the little moments and creating lasting memories together.
