Kenneth Lowe
Attorney
Ken brings a strong work ethic, grit, and a deep sense of justice to his legal practice—traits shaped by his upbringing in Southeast Alaska, where he worked on everything from crabbing boats to the Alaska Marine Highway System. His path to becoming a personal injury attorney was solidified after he suffered a serious injury as a passenger in a motor vehicle collision during college. Experiencing firsthand the tactics insurance companies use to deny fair compensation—even to completely innocent victims—prompted Ken to change his career path and pursue a future in law.
After graduating magna cum laude from Washington State University, Ken moved east to attend SUNY Buffalo School of Law. While in law school, he externed at Journey’s End Refugee Services, contributed to the Buffalo Journal of Gender, Law & Social Policy, and clerked for a prominent personal injury firm in Western New York.
Since earning his law degree, Ken has dedicated his career to advocating for injured individuals and holding insurance companies accountable. Through meticulous preparation and relentless advocacy, he has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. His efforts have earned him repeated recognition on the Top Attorneys Rising Stars list—an honor reserved for no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state.
Ken’s diverse life experiences fuel his ability to connect with clients from all walks of life. He has taught English in China, traveled to all 50 states, and even cashed multiple times in World Series of Poker events. He is also a longtime volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara & the Southern Tier, serving as both a mentor and Ambassadors Board member for over five years.
At Cantor, Wolff, Nicastro & Hall, Ken is proud to fight for justice on behalf of those injured by the carelessness of others. He is relentless in holding insurance companies accountable and works tirelessly to secure the compensation his clients need and deserve.
