Dennis Gagliardo

Case Manager

Dennis Gagliardo

Born in Buffalo and raised in Niagara Falls, New York, Dennis has always been proud to call Western New York home. He graduated from St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute before continuing his education at St. John Fisher College, Buffalo State University, and Niagara County Community College, where he majored in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice.

Dennis began his career in law at Goldberg Segalla, where he started as a legal assistant in the Workers’ Compensation department and later advanced to the role of paralegal. His experience in a fast-paced, high-volume practice laid a strong foundation for his dedication to justice, advocacy, and professional excellence.

Passionate about law for both its intellectual challenges and its ability to create meaningful change, Dennis thrives in environments that encourage growth, collaboration, and continuous learning. He values being part of a team that strives for the highest quality of work and prioritizes client success.

Outside of work, Dennis is a man of many interests. He’s an avid car enthusiast with an impressive knowledge of automotive history, a collector and customizer of sneakers, and a trading card hobbyist. He also channels his creativity as a podcaster for Pacemaker Buffalo. A former college baseball player, Dennis brings the same discipline, focus, and teamwork from the field into his professional life.

Dennis credits his aunt, Judge Diane, as one of his biggest inspirations after shadowing her during court hearings early in his career. Above all, Dennis is deeply appreciative of the opportunity to be part of his current firm and is excited to continue learning, growing, and contributing to its ongoing success.
