Anthony Zitnik

Born and raised in Western New York, Anthony has strong roots in the community he proudly serves. He graduated from Frontier High School and went on to earn his undergraduate degree from Canisius University, where he graduated cum laude. Anthony continued his legal education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School before completing his Juris Doctor at the University at Buffalo School of Law, also graduating cum laude.

Anthony has been practicing law for more than 16 years, focusing on all areas of personal injury litigation. His experience includes representing clients in motor vehicle accidents, construction and labor law cases, premises liability, dog bite incidents, and medical malpractice actions. Over the course of his career, he has achieved numerous successful verdicts, argued before the Fourth Department Appellate Division, and secured multiple seven-figure settlements. Anthony is also well-versed in mediations and arbitrations, advocating tirelessly to obtain favorable outcomes for his clients.

Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Anthony strives to make a positive impact in the lives of those he represents. He believes in the power of teamwork and collaboration and is proud to be part of a firm that emphasizes excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction.

Outside of his legal practice, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice hockey, and golfing. A lifelong athlete, he was a Division I lacrosse player and the recipient of the prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship, an honor awarded to only 32 student-athletes nationwide each year.

Anthony credits his former mentor, J. Michael Hayes, as well as other dedicated attorneys who continually push the boundaries of advocacy, for inspiring his commitment to justice and client service.
