Laura Natoli

Laura was born in Sicily and moved to Buffalo with her family at the age of four, bringing with her a strong sense of culture, resilience, and community. She graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Tourism Management, combining her passion for people and organization with a solid academic foundation.

With over six years of client intake experience in the personal injury legal field, Laura has developed a deep understanding of the importance of first impressions and compassionate communication. As Intake Director at Cantor, Wolff, Nicastro & Hall, she is often the first point of contact for clients and is committed to making them feel heard, supported, and informed from the very beginning. Her professionalism and warmth set the tone for the personalized, client-centered service the firm is known for.

Outside of the office, Laura leads an active lifestyle. She enjoys running, cooking delicious meals, and spending quality time with her two dogs, Leo and Milo. Whether she’s exploring new running trails or trying out a new recipe, Laura brings the same energy and dedication to her personal life that she does to her role at the firm.
