Jeremy Trudell

Jeremy Trudell is an Associate Attorney at Cantor, Wolff, Nicastro & Hall LLC, dedicated to representing people in personal injury lawsuits across New York State. His practice areas include motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, dog bites, products liability, and other injury-related incidents. Jeremy takes pride in advocating for those who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

Born and raised in Western New York, Jeremy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from SUNY Buffalo State College, graduating summa cum laude. He then received his Juris Doctor from SUNY University at Buffalo School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, Jeremy was an active member of the UB mock trial team, competing in the 2019 Peter James Johnson ’49 National Civil Rights Competition. He also participated in the 2020 Desmond Moot Court appellate advocacy competition, where his team earned runner-up for best brief.

Before joining Cantor, Wolff, Nicastro & Hall LLC, Jeremy worked as an attorney at a local plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where he gained extensive experience handling various personal injury matters, honing his skills in legal research and motion practice. He also worked as an attorney at a local defense firm, gaining valuable insight into how insurance companies assess and defend cases. While in law school, Jeremy served as a judicial intern for the now-retired New York Court of Appeals Associate Judge Eugene M. Fahey, as well as Hon. Emilio Colaiacovo, J.S.C. with the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division.

In addition, Jeremy worked as a law clerk at both a plaintiff’s personal injury firm and a mid-sized defense firm during his time in law school.

Jeremy is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a proud member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Western Region Affiliate.
