David Wolff is an associate attorney, practicing out of the firm’s Buffalo office. Born and raised in Elma, New York, David attended Iroquois High School. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2011 with a major in Advertising/Public Relations and a dual minor in Law and Liberal Arts and English. After earning his bachelor’s degree, David returned home and received his J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2014.
While in law school, David focused his studies on his trial advocacy skills. In 2013, he was selected to join the school’s Trial Advocacy Program, where he represented SUNY Buffalo at competitions in New York City and Syracuse. David’s trial team made the finals in the Peter James Johnson National Civil Rights Trial Competition in 2013. David was also a founding member of the UB Law Trial Advocacy group ABOTA and a member of the UB Law Sports & Entertainment Society.
David focuses on utilizing his legal skills to aide those who have been hurt by other’s negligence. David has attended legal seminars in Atlanta, Georgia and the Western New York region focusing on personal injury cases. David has a passion for sports and enjoys the outdoors in his free time.
