Hi, my name is Mark Cantor. I'm an attorney in Western New York, I've been practicing for 42 years. One of the areas a lot that I do that most personal injury attorneys don't do is medical malpractice.

I've handled a number of malpractice cases. I've tried malpractice cases to verdict. Practically 15 years of the time that I've been a lawyer. I actually represented the Insurance recovery representing doctors in the Western New York area. From that perspective, it helped me when I switched sides so to speak. By year 2000, I then started doing plaintiffs work only and not doing medical malpractice defense.
